So I’ve kind of been on a smoothie kick recently….and by kind of I mean I’m actually obsessed with them. I’ve been trying out all kinds of recipes, throwing in random fruits & veggies. Mmm! Sometimes it seems like it doesn’t even matter what you put in them, they’re always delicious! Okay, there was that time I made a pulpy orange and green apple smoothie with my crappy blender….but let’s not talk about that.
I’m obsessed with coconut. Honestly, I don’t care what it is, if there’s coconut in it, I’ll love it. Coconut cakes, drinks, smoothies, soups, shampoo, lotion, air fresheners! Yumm I love it all! & yes I do sometimes wish I could eat my shampoo. But thankfully I’ve held my obsession back enough to stay alive.
Ok smoothie time. It’s super simple, like most smoothies. I’ll toss a recipe here because that’s what I do, but if you just throw all the ingredients into a blender, you really can’t go wrong. This smoothie is sooo delicious. I seriously almost made a second one the moment I took the last sip (I held off because I’m oh so good) and I may have been savagely struggling to get every last drop. 😉
